Postie Plus Group chief executive Ron Boskell will step down in January after seven years leading the clothing retailer.
Boskell was leaving "to make way for further renewal in the management team" as it worked to extend the Postie brand and looked at acquisitions, the company said.
He was currently overseeing the shift of the company's headquarters to Auckland from Christchurch, and completing a restructure of the executive leadership team.
Shares closed down 1c yesterday at 21c.
