KEY POINTS:
Prime Minister Helen Clark will visit Japan and Korea this month to promote closer bilateral and regional co-operation.
She will meet Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda and senior members of the Japanese Cabinet and give the keynote address at the inaugural Japan New Zealand Partnership Forum.
