KEY POINTS:
Prime Minister Helen Clark will visit Japan and Korea this month to promote closer bilateral and regional co-operation.
She will meet Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda and senior members of the Japanese Cabinet and give the keynote address at the inaugural Japan New Zealand Partnership Forum.
Clark will then travel to Korea, where she will meet newly elected President Lee Myung-bak.
