Australian listed financial advisory group Plan B has reached an out-of-court settlement with its former New Zealand business partner Alex Fowler.
The two were due to go to court yesterday over claims that Fowler, who sold his business Strategic Asset Management to Plan B in 2006, had contacted former clients despite signing a non-solicitation agreement.
Plan B New Zealand chief executive John Atkinson said the case had been settled out of court on confidential terms.
