Pyne Gould Corp (PGC) today announced it has created a new position - company secretary - with former chief financial officer, Colin Hair, taking up the role.
The Christchurch-based financial services firm, which owns Marac Finance Ltd and Perpetual Trust, and has a 55 per cent stake in Pyne Gould Guinness, said Mr Hair will be responsible for corporate governance and will also have an enhanced investor relations role.
Alan Williams, currently Marac's general manager of finance and treasury, will replace Mr Hair as CFO, while continuing his current role for Marac.
Shares in PGC last traded down 5c at $4.05.
