Pyne Gould Corp has appointed former chief financial officer Colin Hair to the newly created position of company secretary.
The Christchurch-based financial services firm, which owns Marac Finance and Perpetual Trust, and has a 55 per cent stake in Pyne Gould Guinness, said Hair would be responsible for corporate governance and would also have an enhanced investor relations role.
Alan Williams, Marac's general manager of finance and treasury, will replace Hair as CFO, while continuing at Marac.
