Pyne Gould Corporation (PGC) has appointed Brian Jolliffe as its new managing director.
His predecessor, Richard Elworthy, is retiring from his executive position, but will become an independent director.
The Christchurch-based company operates several business units including rural services company Pyne Gould Guinness, of which it owns 55 per cent.
Shares in PGC closed on Friday at $4.80.
