The Securities Commission is urging investors to seek professional advice before making any decision about an unsolicited offer to buy debentures in collapsed Strategic Finance at 5c in the dollar.
The offer is from Australian-based Stock & Share Trading Company, which has previously offered investors 20c in the dollar.
