Listed landlord Macquarie Goodman Property Trust (MGPT) today requested a trading halt.
The trading halt would remain in place until the close of business tomorrow, unless notified earlier.
The trust, whose cornerstone unitholder is the ASX-listed Macquarie Goodman Group, last traded yesterday at $1.22 against a year high of $1.28 and a low of $1.08.
Earlier this week, MGP said it had signed up a new tenant for the Auckland Distribution Centre, Kimberly-Clark Australia, on a five-year lease, and revealed plans to renovate a warehouse occupied by Ford New Zealand.
