KEY POINTS:
Rubber products company Skellerup says it is heading for a $12.5 million net profit after tax in the 2008 year.
The forecast is a big improvement on its 2007 net profit of $637,000, but slightly down on $13.4 million a year earlier.
Chairman Keith Smith told the company's annual meeting yesterday that results for the first two months of the year were in line with expectations.
