KEY POINTS:
Property-based finance and fund management company St Laurence has had its B2 investment grade rating reconfirmed by Axis Ratings.
The B2 rating means the company is performing at 70 per cent of its optimum potential and is of generally moderate risk.
The rating remains in effect until September 2008.
