Internet services company SmartPay says it raised $870,000 in new equity and issued around 26 million new shares in its recently closed shareholder purchase plan.
Under the plan, eligible New Zealand-based shareholders were able to apply for up to $15,000 of new SmartPay shares, at an issue price of 3.3356c per share, the same price as a recent private placement.
