Rod Petricevic trial delayed

Legal aid issues over the trial of Bridgecorp director Rod Petricevic mean the case will not be heard until next year.

Petricevic, who faces Serious Fraud Office charges, was denied legal aid by the Legal Services Agency who ruled he could afford his own defence.
