Macquarie Goodman Property Trust says it has bought a half share of the company that owns Show Place Office Park in Christchurch for $30 million.
MGP bought the stake in Henshaw Holdings from interests associated with local investor Ernest Henshaw.
The office park, next to Addington Raceway, has an asset value of more than $88 million.
