A strip of buildings in Takapuna which houses bars and restaurants has been sold for $25 million.
Chris Arbuckle, chief executive of Copson Group, announced the acquisition today saying it was a sign of the group's belief in the future potential of the North Shore area.
There are three bars included on Hurstmere Rd in the purchase - including a Macs Brew Bar - and two Korean restaurants.
Arbuckle said they were currently working up strategies to rejuvenate the precinct, but said current business leaseholders can rest assured.
It's the latest in a number of significant investments the group have made in the area. The Copson Group developed a car park on the Strand into a space for cafes and restaurants in 2014.
