Property investor St Laurence Property and Finance said the sale of its remaining 5.14 per cent holding in Rural Equities would settle on Friday.
The sale is to New Zealand Permanent Trustees in its capacity as trustee of REL-Pacific Equity Trust at $2.85 a share.
Rural Equities invests in and manages rural property.
