The new real estate industry watchdog is investigating about 70 complaints, just two months after being launched.
The Real Estate Agents Authority chairwoman Kristy McDonald said about 700 calls a week were initially received but that had dropped to about 200. About 70 were being followed up.
"The complaints received so far cover a broad range of issues and it is too early to determine any trends," Ms McDonald told the Dominion Post.
