The Auckland Property Investors' Association is holding a post-Budget briefing for landlords on Saturday from 8:30am to 6pm in the Hobson Room, Parnell Community Hall, 545 Parnell Rd.
NZ Property Investors Federation vice-president Andrew King will talk about the state of the market, association treasurer and a chartered accountant Ann Loudon will speak about the tax changes, lawyer Tony Steindle will talk about property-owning structures, including the legal aspects of the limited liability partnership and lawyer David Whitburn will cover what to buy in this market, how to buy it and how to analyse whether it is a good deal.
Mortgage broker Sue Tierney will talk about finance. Property manager Jan Galloway, tenancy law expert Scotney Williams and ANZ mobile mortgage manager Vanessa Murch will also talk.
