Two Auckland mansions have changed hands for about $20 million in the past few weeks.
Ross Munro's stately house at 15 Cremorne St in Herne Bay and Craig Norgate's estate at 24 Ronaki Rd in Mission Bay have both sold.
Mr Munro's house went for almost $13 million and Mr Norgate's for about $7 million.
Both were listed by agent Graham Wall of Graham Wall Real Estate, which specialises in high-end properties. Mr Wall said the reason he was so successful was that he did not talk about his clients or their business.
Mr Munro is the founder and owner of Line 7 and his ultra-modern house is listed by QV as being worth $13.4 million. He is now at Sportfolio.
Mr Norgate, a former rich-lister and ex-chairman of PGG Wrightson, moved to the White Heron apartments in Parnell. QV lists the Mission Bay house as being worth $7 million including $3.8 million for the 1457sq m section.
Not all the mansions are selling, though. Rich-lister Mark Wyborn's imposing Mission Bay home, Arborfield - with a summer house, infinity pool, tennis court and spa - is still listed for sale.
