CDL re-elects chairman

CDL Investments New Zealand shareholders re-elected chairman Wong Hong Ren and independent director Rob Challinor at the company's annual meeting in Auckland yesterday.

The property development company said it was on track to make a profit for the half-year and was cautious as to trading patterns in the second half of 2010.
