Victims of property investor Blue Chip and those disenchanted with paying high leasehold fees are offering units for sale today - with no reserve prices.
Agency City Sales is auctioning 14 one- and two-bedroom apartments on a floor beneath its offices in Auckland at 12.30pm.
A unit in Hudson Brown in the Quay Park area is up for sale along with units in the nearby Railway Campus, now called Grand Central. Those are going without a reserve.
A Princes Wharf commercial office on level one of Shed 19 is also being offered for sale. The 250sq m offices have had ground rent prepaid.
Last month, about 150 people attended the apartment auction, which sales director Mike Richards attributed to the large number of units offered.
On November 25, 15 units were offered and 14 of them sold at auction. City Sales has shifted the venue of its auctions from Hopetoun Alpha to Karangahape Rd.
Today's auction is on level 1 of City Sales House, 445 Karangahape Rd.
