State-owned Kiwibank has hiked its one year, 18 month and two year mortgage rates by between 10 and 30 basis points (bps) while leaving its other rates unchanged.
Kiwibank hiked its one year rate by 30 bps to 6.25 per cent; its 18 month rate by 10 bps to 6.39 per cent; and its two year rate by 25 bps to 7.2 per cent.
Kiwibank has left its variable rate on hold at 5.79 per cent and its 6 month rate on hold at 5.75 per cent.
Meanwhile AMP Home Loans, which is a brand owned by Kiwibank, hiked its one year rate by 30 bps to 6.25 per cent.
