DNZ Property to list

DNZ Property Fund, with $671 million of investment real estate, will issue new shares on Monday and has applied to list on NZX.

Tim Storey, chairman of the business which trades on Unlisted, said it registered its offer with the Companies Office on Friday.

The offer will remain open until August 4 and DNZ hopes to begin trading on NZX on August 16.
