The Palms shopping centre in Christchurch is putting the finishing touches on its $50 million expansion and has four new retailers.
The Palms is jointly owned by property developers Max and Glenn Percasky and retailer Tim Glasson. The 34,000sq m mall is nearly twice what it was. It is expecting 7.5 million visitors annually, up on the 5.6 million before its expansion.
