Australian investors who own New Zealand property are holding a briefing on the Christchurch earthquake in Sydney on Tuesday.
Dan White of Ray White Invest said the landlords would hear from architect Ian Athfield and representatives from the agency, management and development sectors. The briefing, from 9.30am in the Swissotel in Market St aims to bring landlords and investors up-to-date with the state of the property sector, White said.
"Architectural insights into the city in the wake of an earthquake will be of particular interest to investors, so too the views of significant developers and our commercial and residential business owners," he said.
