Opio Forestry Fund has reported a half-year loss of $349,000, down from a $653,000 loss for the same period last year.
Shares in Opio were up 1c at 86c in afternoon trading, having ranged between 50c and 98c over the past 12 months. Dunedin's City Forests became the majority shareholder in Opio last month, when it secured just over 8 million units, about 53.8 per cent of the fund, for 85c a unit.
