Nuplex in $56m sale

Nuplex Industries has sold its Environmental Services group to Australia's Transpacific Industries Group for $56 million.

News of the sale came a day after Nuplex announced the purchase of PML Holdings, a group of Australian suppliers of raw materials for chemicals.
