KEY POINTS:
Childcare provider ABC Learning Centres has appointed five new non-executive directors.
They include chairman of Sydney Ports Corporation Paul Binsted, director of Charter Hall Property Trust Patrice Derrington and non-executive director of Toll Holdings Frank Ford.
Chief operating officer of Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia Andrew Hawkyard and chairman of Ivy Group Colin Au will also join the company.
All appointments are effective from mid-September.
