A company has developed a phone app which can read out emails, in the hope it will help stop drivers being distracted by their phones.
Speaking Email by web development company beweb was designed after director Mike Nelson couldn't find one to help him on his daily commute from the North Shore.
However, the company has no plans for an app that will read out text messages or internet chat.
