A video showing off a new apartment project in Takapuna has been released.
Willis Bond & Co is developing units at Eight Lake Pupuke, a mid-rise block of 54 units.
The units are being marketed from $695,000 for one bedroom, $985,000 for two bedrooms with a car park and $1,350,000 for three bedrooms with a car park and will range from 68sq m to 181sq m. Mark McGuinness, Willis Bond managing director, said the area was a growing centre for fashion, cuisine, culture and commerce.
"By 2040 Takapuna is planned to grow from 4000 residents and 10,000 employees to 15,000 residents and 15,000 employees. As one of the first apartment developments in the area in seven years, Eight Lake Pupuke Drive signals a new beginning for Takapuna and sets the standard for future housing," McGuinness said.
The project was designed by AECOM Architects and will be built by Haydn and Rollett Construction.
