The Herald's Mood of the Boardroom Survey asked 112 business leaders to rate the performance of National and Labour MPs.
The results were bad news for David Cunliffe who ranks just 7th of Labour MPs. But even John Key doesn't take the top spot - pipped by Bill English. Judith Collins takes the biggest hit.
