KEY POINTS:
Macquarie Goodman Property Trust (MGP) said it has bought a half share of the company that owns Show Place Office Park in Christchurch for $30 million.
MGP bought the stake in Henshaw Holdings Ltd from interests associated with local investor Ernest Henshaw.
The office park next to Addington Raceway has an asset value in excess of $88 million and comprises six low rise commercial buildings offering 18,370 sqm of net lettable area.
