After a successful stint as an NZX-listed stock, Waste Management was taken over by Australia’s Transpacific in 2006. Early this year, China’s Beijing Capital bought the company for $950 million. Beijing Capital intents to invest more than $98 million in the company, which is enjoying double digit earning growth.
