KEY POINTS:
RMG is to be delisted from the New Zealand stock exchange after the end of trading on Friday.
The Melbourne-based debt collector went into voluntary liquidation in April 2005 and had applied in February 2006 to end the listing.
The NZX said RMG would remain listed in Australia and shareholders should contact their broker should they wish to trade its securities there.
MDSnews, earlier known as CommSoft Group, a software developer, will also be delisted on Friday.
