Sky City Entertainment has been cleared by market regulators over an incident last month when its chairman told a reporter it was bidding for the Taverner Hotel Group before informing the entire share market.
The NZX Discipline decision, which has been nearly six weeks in the making, said Sky City's intent to bid for Taverner was of interest to the share market, but was not material information.
