KEY POINTS:
Living and Leisure Australia (LLA) will be delisted from the New Zealand stock exchange from June 6, leaving the company listed in Australia.
Last week the NZX lifted a suspension on the trading of LLA securities, which was put in place due to market uncertainty about the future of LLA and because it had been suspended on the Australian market.
The suspension in Australia was also lifted last week.
