Comvita out to raise $10m in rights issue

Honey and bee product company Comvita is seeking to raise up to $10.3 million through a one-for-four renounceable rights issue to existing shareholders.

The company, which acquired NZ Vitalife last month, yesterday said the capital raised would strengthen its balance sheet and enable further growth.
