US drilling services company Boart Longyear has priced its initial public offering at A$1.85 a share, raising A$2.35 billion ($2.66 billion), lower than initially sought, three sources familiar with the deal said yesterday.
The offering still ranks as the biggest in Australia since 1997, when Telstra raised about A$12 billion.
