Oceana reports half yearly profit

Oceana Gold has reported a net profit after tax of A$7 million for the half year to June 30.

The goldminer said cashflow from its operations was A$16.2 million.

It produced 79,380 ounces of gold at a cost of A$410 an ounce in the half-year period, down on the 93,330 produced in the same period a year ago.
