Worksafe has been notified and is making preliminary enquiries after the death of a 50-year-old man in a workplace accident near Opotiki.
St John Ambulance were called to an address at Omaio, near Opotiki, yesterday afternoon after a man suffered critical injuries. He died at the scene.
