Lion Nathan files injunction against Coopers

Lion Nathan has filed a court injunction to prevent Coopers Brewery from holding an extraordinary general meeting that will strip Lion Nathan of its pre-emptive rights to buy Coopers shares.

Lion Nathan filed documents in the Federal Court of Melbourne seeking to stop Coopers shareholders from meeting on October 20.
