A big one. A big one in terms of growth and the turnaround in the regulatory environment. It's opened up lots of options and opportunities.
Its greatest achievement?
Coming through the year unscathed in the sense of the regulatory outcomes have finally started to deliver and we think we've played our part in that.
And greatest disappointment?
The biggest one is probably around cabinetisation to be honest. We were pretty gutted by that.
What will be the major challenges in 2008?
Continuing to maintain profitability in a very tough environment. At the same time you're looking at very significant investment.
What was the most interesting business story of 2007?
Funnily enough, the whole u-turn done by Telecom on the restructuring, break-up scenario - "Yes we can, no we can't, oh all right then, yes we can and we welcome it, it will be great'.
