Lachlan Murdoch sets up new company

Rupert Murdoch's eldest son, Lachlan, has set up a new company, Illyria, just days after quitting his executive role at News Corp. Documents filed in Australia list Lachlan Murdoch as the company's sole director and secretary.

Illyria, now Albania, was the setting for Shakespeare's play Twelfth Night.
