AMP NZ Office Trust has appointed Graham Kristiffor its new Auckland asset manager, replacing Hamish McCulloch.
Kristiffor is now responsible for the trust's Auckland office building portfolio, including the refurbished 21 Queen St where ground-floor retail space has been leased to retail store Dick Smith. All the offices in the 17-level building are vacant.
Kristiffor will also be responsible for the PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower in Quay St, 151 Queen St, the AMP Centre which was called Quay Tower and the ANZ Centre in Albert St.
McCulloch has moved to the listed industrial landlord Property For Industry.
Rob Lang, chief executive of the trust's manager, said Kristiffor had previously worked at APN Outdoor. His most recent commercial property experience was with Kitchener Group where he managed the sell-down of Princes Wharf leasing arrangements.
Before Kitchener, Kristiffor was a senior asset manager with Kiwi Income Property Trust responsible for a $620 million portfolio of assets and was initially employed to oversee the completion of the Vero Centre in Shortland St, Auckland.
Kristiffor has also worked with Grosvenor Estate, Britain's largest private property company. He had foreign exchange experience with Rivad Bank in London. He is now based in the AMP Centre, 29 Customs St West.
