Kiwifruit operator's result mixed

Listed kiwifruit co-operative, Satara, of Mt Maunganui, says its post-harvest operation produced a good half-year result, but its orchard division's earnings had been hurt by the high exchange rate.

The group posted a net surplus after tax for the six months to June 30, of $137,061.
