Olympic fans have expressed their frustration at being unable to watch the action from Rio on Sky TV's online service.
But Sky says they have no reports of issues with SkyGo.
Fans took to social media to vent about difficulties.
On Twitter, JacrandaB posted it was "real rubbish not being able to watch Olympics on Sky Go".
MystX Jones said the service was "broken again, I'm getting bored of saying this".
Sky spokeswoman Kirsty Way said the issues may stem from the user's internet connection.
"That service relies on an internet connection so it could be down to the indiviual's service in that area.
"We've got nothing on our radar, I've got no outage reports of Sky Go at all. It'll be down to an individual basis and probably an internet connection."
