Kimpton leaves Baycorp board

Geoffrey Kimpton is leaving the Baycorp Advantage board. Kimpton became a director of Data Advantage in 1998 and was reappointed as a director of Baycorp Advantage after Data Advantage and Baycorp Holdings merged in December 2001.
