Winemaker Kim Crawford has been appointed to the board of Waipara Hills Wine Estate.
He is joined by John Williams, the former finance director of Kim Crawford Wines.
Waipara Hills recently merged with New Zealand Vineyard Estates Ltd and purchased Mud House Wines, giving the company more than 400ha of vineyards in Marlborough.
