Kermadec Property Fund is selling 60 Cook St and 43 Nelson St in Auckland City for $7.68 million, which is a discount to the book value of $9.06 million. Settlement is scheduled for December 8.
The board said the sales were the most appropriate means of lowering gearing in the current environment.
