Turners and Growers Horticulture says its takeover offer for Kerifresh has now received acceptances for 55 per cent of the company's shares. That gives it nearly 60 per cent control, when adding its own 4.6 per cent stake, meeting the condition of its offer. T&G, a subsidiary of listed Turners and Growers Ltd, is offering $2.10 per share.
