KEY POINTS:
Christchurch-based technology company Jade Software Corporation (Jade) said it has won the contract to continue to be the Registry Service Provider for the Electricity Commission, following a competitive tender process.
The Registry Service Provider contract is valued at $2.5 million and is for an initial five-year term with two options for three-year extensions.
Under the agreement Jade will continue to provide registry services for the New Zealand Electricity Market, on behalf of the Electricity Commission. Jade has provided this service to the Commission since 1999.
